NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

TIMPANOGOS SPECIAL SERVICE DISTRICT

BOARD MEMBER COMPENSATION

    The Timpanogos Special Service District will hold a public hearing on Thursday, December 18, 2025 at 6:00 p.m., in the conference room of the District Administration Building located at 6400 North 5050 West, Utah County, Utah (the "Public Hearing").

    The District provides wastewater treatment for the cities of Alpine, American Fork, Cedar Hills, Highland, Lehi, Pleasant Grove, Saratoga Springs, and portions of Eagle Mountain, Draper City (southern portion of Suncrest) and Vineyard. The District is governed by an administrative board (the "Board"); pursuant to law, members of the Board are entitled to compensation for their service.

    The purpose of this hearing is to consider an increase in the amount paid to Board Members for their services to the District. It is proposed that Board Members be paid $375 per month for 11 months a year, and $1,000 for the month of September when board members attend and participate in the District's annual day-long retreat. At the conclusion of the Public Hearing, the Board may adopt the increase as indicated, may adjust the compensation, may table the matter for further consideration or may take no action at all on the proposed increase.

    All members of the public are invited to attend and give comments on the proposed increase.

    As required by law, this notice is provided as a “Class A Notice” by virtue of the following: (a) publication on the District’s portal within the Utah Public Notice Website; (b) publication on the District’s website; and (c) posting in a public location in the District where it is reasonably likely to be seen by residents. Said publications and posting will occur no later than Thursday, December 11, 2025.
