Public Hearing Notice: January 22, 2026 @ 6:00 p.m.
NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
TIMPANOGOS SPECIAL SERVICE DISTRICT
The Timpanogos Special Service District will hold a public hearing on Thursday, January 22, 2026, at 6:00 p.m., in the conference room of the District Administration Building located at 6400 North 5050 West, Utah County, Utah.
The District provides wastewater treatment for the cities of Alpine, American Fork, Cedar Hills, Highland, Lehi, Pleasant Grove, Saratoga Springs, and portions of Eagle Mountain, Draper City (southern portion of Suncrest) and Vineyard.
The purpose of this hearing is to consider adopting: (A) the 2026 Timpanogos Special Service District Impact Fee Enactment Resolution; (B) an Impact Fee Facilities Plan dated December 2025, prepared by Bowen Collins & Associates; and (C) a Sewer Impact Fee Analysis dated December 2025 prepared by Zions Public Finance (collectively referred to hereinafter as the "TSSD 2026 Impact Fee Documents"). The anticipated revised impact fee will be less than the current fee. Therefore, if approved, the District intends to waive the 90-day enactment period required under U.C.A. 11-36a-401(2) and make the revised impact fee effective immediately.
A copy of the TSSD 2026 Impact Fee Documents is available for review at the District Administration Building, between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m., beginning Monday, December 22, 2025, and thereafter until the time of the public hearing.
As required by law, this notice is provided as a “Class A Notice” by virtue of the following: (a) publication on the District’s portal within the Utah Public Notice Website; (b) publication on the District’s website; and (c) posting in a public location in the District where it is reasonably likely to be seen by residents. Said publications and posting will occur no later than Monday, December 22, 2025.
In addition to the foregoing, this Notice of Public Hearing has been posted at the offices of each city identified above. Also, commencing on Monday, December 22, 2025, a copy of the TSSD 2026 Impact Fee Documents is available for review, at the following Public Libraries:
