NOTICE OF INTENT TO AMEND AN IMPACT FEE FACILITIES PLAN AND IMPACT FEE WRITTEN ANALYSIS

 

               Timpanogos Special Service District (TSSD), a local municipality located in Utah County, Utah, intends to commence the preparation of an amendment to its previous prepared, independent and comprehensive Impact Fee Facilities Plan and Written Impact Fee Analysis for sanitary sewer facilities. Therefore, pursuant to the provisions of 11-36a-501 and 503 of the Utah Code, notice is hereby provided of the intent of Timpanogos Special Service District to amend these documents. The proposed capital facilities will be located in the District’s service area, which includes the entire District boundaries generally comprised of the following communities: Alpine, American Fork, Cedar Hills, Jordan Basin Improvement District Service Area 3, Eagle Mountain, Highland, Lehi, Pleasant Grove, Saratoga Springs, and Vineyard. The impact fees to be considered will be charged to new development and used to offset the cost of capital facilities to serve new development and/or buy into existing facilities. Those receiving this Notice are invited to provide information to be considered in amending the impact fee facilities plan or written analysis of proposed impact fees.
